buildings, numerous hospitals and healthcare facilities, and many industrial

Kurt E. Jones,
Partner and President/Chief Operating Officer
The manager of our robust construction arm, Kurt brings proven talent and
insight to every Carbon project. With a degree in building construction and a
20-year track record with multi-family projects, he has consistently delivered
projects on time and on budget. In his career, he has been responsible for the
construction of more than 25,000 multi-family units. |

John C. Hood,
Partner and Chief Financial Officer
John’s extensive background and skill in accounting and financial strategies
make him the ideal person to manage Carbon’s corporate accounting and tax
activities. He maintains strong relationships with banks and other financial
institutions while providing critical, in-depth fiscal analysis for each Carbon
venture. |

Tracy Y. Granzin,
Vice President - Administration & Operations
An integral part of the Carbon team since the company’s inception in 1990, Tracy
oversees and implements key parts of the development process relating to
contract and loan administration. She and her team skillfully manage the loan
draw process, accounts payable, cost accounting and cash management, and also
handle administrative office duties. |

Travis E. Jones, Vice President of Construction
As a vital member of the Carbon team since 1996, Travis directs the project
management team and is responsible for the overall coordination, communication,
scope of work, schedule, contracts, and budget of all Carbon projects. His
expertise in project management and cost value analysis allows Carbon to
consistanly meet project deadlines and fiscal projections. |
